Registration Scholarships!
The Iowa ACAC Executive Board has approved several conference registration scholarships:
- Registration for 10 high school counselors to attend the conference. High school counselors in Iowa interested in attending, should apply for a registration scholarship by 11:59pm on Sunday, March 30. We'll randomly select 10 high school counselors to attend for free (registration only; attendees will be responsible for hotel, mileage, meals, and any other expenses).
School Counselor Scholarship Application
- Registration for 10 scholarships for college admission professionals! College admission professionals who are Iowa ACAC members and interested in attending, should apply for a registration scholarship by 11:59pm on Sunday, March 30. We will be randomly selecting ten postsecondary professionals to attend for free (registration only; attendees will be responsible for hotel, mileage, meals, and any other expenses).

STARS Network Scholarships
The STARS College Network is offering up to 15 conference scholarships to cover High School Counselor/CCTS registration and lodging expenses for the conference.
Sponsorship applications are due by 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 9. Sponsorships will be provided as available. Recipients must be an Iowa high school counselor or college and career transition counselor that works in a rural or small-town district according to dataset maintained by the University of Iowa. Sponsorship includes the cost of registration, two nights in a conference hotel, and a complimentary STARS College Network dinner with University of Iowa staff during the conference. Applicants will be contacted by Jess Klein, Senior Admission Counselor and STARS College Network Program Director.
Join the Annual Conference Golf Outing!
Our Golf Outing kicks off the state conference! Don't worry - you don't have to be a pro! Find your teammates and join us for a 4-person 9-hole best-shot golf outing at Cedar Creek Golf Course at 2pm on Sunday, May 18. Entry fee is $31 per person and covers greens fees and your cart. Participants will pay upon check-in at the golf course.
