We're excited to welcome Teege Mettille as our Keynote Speaker!
Teege has been around Iowa ACAC since being on the 2012 conference planning committee. He is the author of “The Admission Malaise,” which provi des a critical yet constructive analysis of the current state of college admissions.
In addition to his writing, Teege is the co-host of "The Admissions Directors Lunchcast," a podcast that delves into the nuances of college admissions. Through the podcast, Teege shares his insights and engages with other experts to discuss trends, challenges, and strategies in higher education admissions.
Teege's journey into the education field was driven by his personal experience as a first-generation college student who navigated the complexities of the admissions process on his own. This fueled
his passion for helping others achieve their educational goals and advocating for ethical practices in college admissions. This mission-driven approach has defined his career and leadership style, making him a respected voice in the profession.

Join the Annual Conference Golf Outing!
Our Golf Outing kicks off the state conference! Don't worry - you don't have to be a pro! Find your teammates and join us for a 4-person 9-hole best-shot golf outing at Cedar Creek Golf Course at 2pm on Sunday, May 18. Entry fee is $31 per person and covers greens fees and your cart. Participants will pay upon check-in at the golf course.
